RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hazer USA, your satisfaction with our products is of utmost importance to us. We understand that difficulties may arise, and we are wholeheartedly dedicated to offering you thorough support in any situation.

Within 30 Days of Receipt:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a refund or exchange. 

  • Customer pays return shipping cost unless received defective, damaged, or incorrect product. 

  • Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required. See below for details.

Items Eligible for a Full Refund

​

  • Items that have not been installed, used, or have any wear and tear. 

  • Received defective, damaged, or incorrect product. 

  • Package was lost in shipping.

Items Not Eligible for a Full Refund

​

  • Items with visible wear and tear from the customer.

  • Standard items that are past 30 days from the delivery date

  • Hazer Horns that have been customized with lettering cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

  • Hazer Horns that are outside of the 60 day warranty period or doesn't meet warranty standards.

  • Custom Select Horns - customer pays return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price

Returns Process

​

1.  Fill out the Return Request Form below.

Be sure to include all requested information. This will begin the returns process.

2. Receive Return Material Authorization.

We'll email you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.  RMA numbers are good for 15-days from the date of issue.

3. Ship the product in its original packaging.

Include all items and note any missing or defective parts.

4. Receive Refund. 

Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.​
