SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on orders $75+ within the USA

​

• We ship any item on our site for free on orders $75+ ground shipping within the lower 48 states.

• Outside of the USA, shipping costs will automatically apply to your total. 

• In-stock orders leave our warehouses within 24 - 48 hours.

• Custom made products require additional manufacturing time. Allow up to 7 business days to leave our warehouse.

• After shipment, allow an additional 4-5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Notification and Receipt

Most items do not require a signature upon delivery, though the carrier may add a signature requirement based on the delivery location if they feel that leaving it may create a risk.

Items Not Received

​

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not yet received your order, please contact us. Most times this can be resolved within 2-3 business days.

Damaged Items

​

We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

​

• Keep all damaged packaging and the product.

• Take a photo of damaged shipping container and boxes along with the damaged items.

• Fill out our Return Request Form.  

• We'll email you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label.

• Return your damaged merchandise.
