Thank you for shopping at Hazer USA LLC To better serve our customers, we've simplified our terms and conditions to make them easier to process.

Shipping and Delivery

Thanks to our centrally located warehouses, our customers enjoy fast, free shipping.

We ship any item on our site for free within the lower 48 states.
Outside of the USA, shipping costs will automatically apply to your total.
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouses within 24 - 48 hours, but custom or large orders can sometimes take up to 7 days to leave the warehouse.
After shipment, allow an additional 4-7 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Hazer USA LLC provides you with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return your product for any reason within 30 days of delivery of the product. Some restrictions apply. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. If we are at fault, we will replace the parts or exchange them at our discretion and our cost.

Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are good for 15-days from the date of issue.
The following items are not eligible for return:

a. Custom and/or special order items (unless we are at fault).

b. Freight shipments.

c. Items delivered more than 30 days ago.

d. Installed items.

e. Items modified by the customer.

If your return is due to our error, we cover all fees. If you are unsatisfied with the product, we will happily refund the purchase price minus a 20% return fee. Exchanges are subject to a 10% return fee.

Return Procedure

1. Contact Us

Fill out our Return Request Form and we'll get the process started.

2. Receive Return Material Authorization

Please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.

3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back

Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts.

4. Receive Refund or New Item

Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or ship the new item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Thousands of products go through our warehouse every day. We care about each customer and each order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

If you believe you have received an incorrect product because it does not fit or align correctly, there may be a simple fix. Please contact us. If we can't solve the problem, we'll send you a replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled by email or voicemail; you must speak directly to a customer service representative to cancel an order. Cancellations for custom made products must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Custom made products may be subject to fees upon cancellation due to manufacturer production costs. Fees may range from $50 to full purchase price, depending on which part of the manufacturing process the cancellation is requested.

Please double check your email order confirmation for any errors as soon as you receive it. If there is an error, it is much easier to correct before any product is shipped.

Billing, Refunds, and Credits

Order payments may be collected at the time the order is placed. Returns minus the applicable restocking fees are issued when they are received and inspected by our warehouse and will be processed using the same method as initial payment.

Accepting our Terms of Use

The terms of use below establish guidelines for your access to and use of Hazer USA LLC, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Hazer USA LLC, whether as a guest or a registered user.

You must not reproduce, distribute, alter, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Hazer USA LLC, except as follows:

Prohibited Uses

You may use Hazer USA LLC only for lawful purposes and under these Terms of Use. You agree not to use Hazer USA LLC:

In any way that violates any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).

Warranties

Warranty Claims for Products Sold at Hazer USA LLC or on HazerUSA.com

Each product on our site is backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Although the specific terms of warranties vary from product to product, many of these products are warranted for the life of the vehicle. If you want specific warranty information on a product, please contact our Customer Service Department. Hazer USA LLC is not responsible for providing warranty or returns, but we will assist with this process with the manufacturer to help you.
