We stand behind the durability and functionality of our Hazer Horns, made with ABS automotive plastic, aircraft aluminum, and stainless steal. This Limited Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind when purchasing Hazer Horns.

Warranty Duration

Hazer Horns Warranty covers the Product for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details

​

1. Defects in Materials and Workmanship: Hazer USA warrants that our Hazer Horns will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. If a defect arises within the warranty period, Hazer USA will repair or replace the defective Product, at its sole discretion.

2. Functionality: Hazer USA guarantees that our Hazer Horns will function as described in the product specifications. In the event of any functional issues arising within the warranty period, Hazer USA will take appropriate actions to rectify the issue.

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

​

1. Damage Resulting from Misuse: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use of Hazer Horns for purposes other than intended, neglect, or unauthorized modification.

2. Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear that does not affect the overall functionality of Hazer Horns is not covered by this warranty.

3. Accidental or External Damage: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, collisions, natural disasters, or any external factors.

4. Third-Party Modifications: Any modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.

 

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Take a photo of damage.

2. Fill out our Return Request Form.  

3. If your claim is deemed valid, we'll email you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label.

4. Return your damaged merchandise.

5. Hazer USA will repair or replace the Product, as determined by our team.

 

Limitation of Liability

Hazer USA's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Hazer Horns as specified in this warranty document. Hazer USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

 

Governing Law

​

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
